ตามที่เคยมีรายงานกรณีระบบลำเลียงกระเป๋าสัมภาระของผู้โดยสารขาออก อาคารผู้โดยสารระหว่างประเทศ ท่าอากาศยานภูเก็ต (ทภก.) ขัดข้อง เมื่อวันที่ 23 เมษายน 2568 นั้น ทภก. ขอแจ้งความคืบหน้าดังนี้
ขณะนี้ ระบบสายพานลำเลียงสัมภาระสามารถกลับมาใช้งานได้แล้วจำนวน 3 เส้น จากทั้งหมด 4 เส้น ได้แก่
• สายพาน Row A-B
• สายพาน Row C-D
• สายพาน Row G-H
โดยสายพาน Row E-F อยู่ระหว่างการดำเนินการแก้ไข ซึ่งคาดว่าจะแล้วเสร็จในเร็วๆ นี้
ทภก. ได้ดำเนินการจัดสรรสายการบินให้บริการไปยังเคาน์เตอร์ที่เชื่อมต่อกับสายพานที่สามารถใช้งานได้ เพื่อกระจายปริมาณผู้โดยสาร ลดความคับคั่ง และรักษาระดับการให้บริการให้เป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น พร้อมกันนี้ ยังได้จัดเจ้าหน้าที่ประจำพื้นที่เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกให้อย่างเพียงพอต่อการให้บริการ ซึ่งการดำเนินการไม่ส่งผลต่อการให้บริการ และเป็นการสร้างความเชื่อมั่นให้กับผู้โดยสาร
ทภก. ขออภัยในความไม่สะดวกที่เกิดขึ้น และขอขอบคุณผู้โดยสารทุกท่านที่ให้ความร่วมมือและเข้าใจในสถานการณ์ ทั้งนี้ ผู้โดยสารยังสามารถเช็กอินและโหลดสัมภาระได้ตามปกติ

Phuket International Airport Updates on Baggage Conveyor System Repairs at the International Terminal
Phuket International Airport (HKT) would like to provide an update on the status of the outbound baggage conveyor system at the International Terminal, which experienced a malfunction on April 23, 2025.
At present, three out of the four baggage conveyor belts have been restored and are now fully operational. These include:
Row A–B
Row C–D
Row G–H
The remaining belt at Row E–F is currently under repair and is expected to be back in service soon.
To manage passenger flow and reduce congestion, the airport has reassigned airline check-in services to counters connected to the operational conveyor belts. This helps maintain smooth service levels. Additionally, adequate staff have been deployed throughout the terminal to provide assistance and ensure seamless service. These arrangements have not disrupted operations and aim to reinforce passenger confidence.
Phuket Airport apologizes for any inconvenience caused and sincerely thanks all passengers for their understanding and cooperation. Check-in and baggage drop services are operating as usual.
